Terms & Conditions

By using tidoshop.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices: we aim to show accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. If a price error is found after you order, we will contact you before shipping.

Orders: an order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if stock is unavailable or payment cannot be verified, and will refund any payment taken.

Payment: payments are processed securely by our payment provider. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Intellectual property: all content on this site — logos, text, and images — belongs to TidoShop or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability: to the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

Changes: we may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies at the time you order.
